1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the erez platform, operated by erez Technologies. By using erez — whether as a guest or a venue — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
erez is a web-based hospitality infrastructure platform. It enables guest recognition, check-ins, loyalty tracking, and rewards at participating venues. erez does not operate venues and is not a provider of hospitality or food services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use erez. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Login credentials must be kept confidential. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Check-ins and Loyalty
Check-ins may be limited to a certain number per venue per day. Points and rewards are defined by individual venues and may be changed or removed at any time. Points have no monetary value and are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable.
6. Venue Responsibility
Venues are independent operators. erez provides the technical infrastructure but assumes no responsibility for the offers, services, rewards, or conduct of individual venues. Claims related to on-site services must be resolved directly with the venue.
7. Privacy
For information on how we process personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. By using erez, you consent to data processing in accordance with our privacy policy.
8. Prohibited Use
The following activities are prohibited: platform abuse, fraud, automated access, identity theft, data manipulation, and any attempt to compromise the security or functionality of erez.
9. Limitation of Liability
erez is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, erez Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
10. Modifications
erez Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent permitted by law.
